objective reality of the universal wavefunction

i imagine myself in another world
i am probably listening to something happier
like rilo kiley or something
i am probably writing poems
and singing songs about
holding hands
and rainbows
or something i don't know
my t-shirt probably says something like
'peace' or 'hugs...'
and i probably read books titled
'everything is illuminated'
instead of 'helter skelter: the true story
of the manson murders'
i probably go to church
or temple every sunday
and pray to someone i don't know
before going to bed
i probably don't drink or smoke
or say 'fuck' and 'cocksucker' in public
i probably have a boyfriend
he probably brings me movies
and lays with me in bed for hours
after we wake up together
and we are probably
in love or something
i am probably happy

"Many-worlds is a postulate of quantum mechanics that asserts the objective reality of the universal wavefunction, but denies the reality of wavefunction collapse, which implies that all possible alternative histories and futures are real—each representing an actual "world" (or "universe")."
